Agreement Terms and Conditions


Your establishment agrees to:

  • Offer the discount described in the "Offer" section of this contract on specified products and/or services to any one who presents a valid (not expired) MYeVIP card
  • Familiarize your staff with the MYeVIP Affiliate Program and the discount you agree to offer. Properly train employees to check expiration dates on the cards and direct them not to accept/honor expired membership cards
  • Allow MYeVIP to use your establishment's name & benefit offer in promotional advertising for the MYeVIP Memebrship Benefit Development and/or Affiliate Expansion Program
  • Provide 30 days written notice MYeVIP, if canceling participation (you may cancel at any time so long as you comply with notice requirements)
  • Hold MYeVIP harmless and/or indemnify MyEVIP from any claims arising out of the sale and/or advertisement of your goods and services to MYeVIP cardholders

MYeVIP Inc. agrees to


  • List your establishment's name, address, phone and the benefit offered to all cardholders on www.MYeVIP.com
  • Promptly correct any advertising errors and/or benefit changes upon being notified of same by your business
  • Contact your establishment annually to confirm and renew benefit offer
  • Communicate opportunities that can support your business via email. This will include ensuring you receive our monthly newsletter to cardholders (of course you may unsubscribe if you wish)
  • Provide MYeVIP marketing collateral to your establishment to promote your participation as a partner of MyeVIP program

General Conditions


The terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. The parties hereby waive a right to jury trial and agree that any claims arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration to the New Jersey or New York chapters of the American Arbitration Association.

The Affiliate's failure to honor valid membership cards and to provide discounts advertised on MYeVIP.com shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement. In the event we become aware of such breach, we will notify you and request that you cure the breach by refunding the money to the appropriate cardholder and/or otherwise cure the breach to the cardholder through coupons, store credits etc.. In the event you fail to cure such a breach within 10 business days from being given such notice, your Affiliate Agreement with MYeVIP.com shall be terminated. Furthermore, MYeVIP.com reserves the right to seek monetary damages for breach of the Affiliate Agreement in the amount equal the average costs of one (1) month of advertisement on our website according to the rates in effect at the time of breach.

  • Your offer will appear online about two weeks after we enter your info into our database
  • If you need to make changes, call or email us as soon as possible. If you email us, please provide your location name, address, telephone number, contact name, and email address so we can easily identify your submission to make the changes
  • If you do not hear from us within two weeks, feel free to contact us to check the status of your offer
